Museum of Illusions

• How early should you arrive before your slot? Please arrive timeously for your booking slot.


• How long does the experience last? Each timeslot is scheduled 20 minutes apart, but the average time spent in the museum is about 45 - 60 minutes.  However, we aren’t strict with our visit times and since the museum is self-guided, you can explore at your own pace


• Is there an age limit? No, there is no age limit.


• 
  
  Are food and beverages available? Please note that no eating or drinking is permitted in the Museum of Illusions. 
  
  


• Are cash payments available?  The Museum of Illusions is cashless. Card payments only.


• Can tickets be purchased at the Museum? Tickets can be purchased at the museum; however, if the desired time slot is sold out upon arrival, you will only be able to buy tickets for the next available slot, provided it is not already sold out. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.


• Must tickets be purchased for children? Free entry for infants and children under 4. 
  

Important to note:

• Merchandise and trinkets are not included in the ticket price.


• All persons entering the Museum of Illusions must have a ticket.


• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.


• No shopping trolleys allowed inside the Museum.


• Children may not be left unattended and must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
